I always get a little excited about a new semester. It's a time when we can reflect on past accomplishments (or failures) and set new goals. There is a quote by Maya Angelou in my office and it's one I often share with students. "Each new hour holds chances for new beginnings."

When a student decides to turn a mistake into a lesson and an obstacle into a challenge, their potential is unlimited.

In the spirit of helping our students reach their potential, I've added some new areas to the site, including pages for STAAR and Higher Education.
